FractionalGPT is a business-to-business (B2B) service designed for companies and professionals making hiring decisions. By purchasing, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • The Service failed to generate an output due to a technical error
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You have downloaded or exported your hiring pack
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You simply changed your mind after seeing the output
  • The output did not meet your subjective expectations

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, such as when the Service was partially functional or you experienced significant issues.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company. We will cooperate with any investigation.
